"Elisa is by far the most talented designer I have worked with in my career. She is extremely gifted and creates beautiful, functional designs. But beyond that, Elisa is exceptionally intelligent and intuitive, and has a unique ability to take extremely complicated, abstract information and turn it into clear, informative and functional design. She is very emotionally intelligent, and has excellent executive presence and communicates very well with executive leaders and all levels of colleagues and clients. She is a creative problem solver, and is determined to find a solution, always committed to the betterment of her team and company.

Even more importantly than all of this, though - Elisa is trustworthy, honest, conscientious and diligent. She is a lovely human and is one of my favorite people I've ever worked with. She's an absolute asset to whatever team she's on, bringing excellence to everything she does and inspiring others to be better. I would adore the opportunity to work with her again in the future, and any company would be extremely fortunate to have her on their team.
